The plans below are simply defining the level of nutrition programs SYOA offers.
Based on your Nutritional Care Assessment we determine which plan is the best fit for you individually.
Designed for the individual who has little to zero knowledge in nutrition.
Best for: Someone who is ready to commit and invest their time on themselves to learn quality nutritional education to build optimal health from the foundation up. In addition, pivot from ping-ponging around in their health to a sustainable and tenacious lifestyle.
This program requires a 12-month commitment
(12-month membership commitment) or Pay in full (150/month x 12= 1800)
This plan is designed for the intermediate - advanced individual with average or good knowledge in nutrition.
Best for: Someone who has basics nutrition knowledge with a previous history, minimum of 12 months lifestyle changes and habits. Additionally, who has taken a break due to life events, previous coaching plan did not align well or is embarking in a new life phase who needs help regaining momentum, accountability, guidance and learn new things along the way. Whether the goal is metabolic, body re-composition, improve performance and/or any specific health, nutrition & life goals.
This program requires a minimum of 6 months commitment.
(6-month membership commitment) or Pay in full (140/month x 6= 840)
This plan becomes a continuous growth Accountability & Support month to month nutrition coaching program once M1 is completed.
You have the ability to continue working on your health and nutrition goals moving towards a new phase and new goals in your life with ongoing assistance from your coach.
One-time macro Calculation
A one-time service. I provide assessment, we work on figuring out your goals, and help you figure out the right amount of food to eat based on your individual goals. I leave you with and 8-week plan.
One time payment.
Thereafter its 160 for adjusting macronutrients for 8-week period.
