"My experience with the SYOA nutrition program was great. Learning something new is always fun and interesting. I learned how to count macros and calculate exactly what my body needs in fats, carbohydrates, proteins and to also trust the process.
The first week was tough, but once I was comfortable using a scale and logging in my information it became easier as the weeks went by. Physically my stomach was flatter, I lost a few pounds and body fat and I noticed my endurance was better. I had more energy during workouts and throughout the day as well.
