6 Spring Skincare Tips

As we change seasons in a couple of days. We want to help you transition your skincare routine to optimize the new weather.

After experiencing lower temperatures and staying indoors more often during the past season, it always leaves our skin dry and itchy.

Springtime followed by summer brings more humidity and hot weather, which requires a tweak in our skincare routine to help meet us where we are.

For this reason, we highly encourage the following important steps;

๐ŸŒฟ Start by cleaning your skincare shelf - - get rid of expired, toxic ingredient, and restore with adequate seasonal products.

๐ŸŒฟBegin to prep the body from the inside out. This means lots of water to hydrate the body. Healthy gut, healthy skin.

๐ŸŒฟAfter dry skin season, exfoliating comes in handy to help remove dead skin cells. Perform this at least 2 x week.

๐ŸŒฟUse a toner, twice per day to help remove traces of dirt and impurities. It helps tighten pores, restore pH levels and improve skin tone.

๐ŸŒฟ The most important of all, increase your SPF usage. SPF helps prevent inflammation from harmful rays, hyperpigmentation and loss of collagen.

๐ŸŒฟMask arenโ€™t only helpful for aesthetics and skin hydration, but also a form of self-caring and relaxation. It feels like being at a spa at home - - create your on sanctuary at home by performing a mask routine, at least twice per week.
