Consistency is about building small empowering habits and routines that you partake in every single day that keep you focused on your highest priorities and goals.
So what happens when we slightly stop doing these empowering habits- -which can be for many reasons whether it be positive changes like adding a new role like motherhood, or simply having too much on your plate.
How do we get back to committing to what we said we would do- - to a sustained effort of action for the long term, again?
Recently, I haven’t been as consistent as I would love with working out. In light of finding consistency again with my fitness which plays a BIG part of my life along with my nutrition.
I’m sharing with you some of the simple ways that have helped me regain and burst through the ceilings be they mindset, physical, nutritional or whatever area that isn’t being constant.
Go back to the basics- spend time again working on the fundamentals.
Simplicity- one goal at a time.
Be present- whatever you choose to do be fully engaged practice to quiet the tendency to worry about the past or or future instead of the present.
Find an accountability partner- whether it’s your husband/wife or a great friend you can count on to help you push forward.
Change your routine a bit- this means reshuffling things to fit your new roles and commitments to accommodate those things you love, enjoy and are a big part of you
